Overview
A Partnership of two or more partners may be dealt with under the provisions of the Insolvency Act as if it were a company. All of the Insolvency procedures that are available to a company can therefore be utilised when dealing with an insolvent Partnership.
The following procedures may be utilised:
- Partnership Administration Order
- Partnership Liquidation
- Partnership Voluntary Arrangement
